Rating Methodology

Provider ratings on iGaming Solutions Asia come only from published, moderated user reviews. There is no editorial star rating and no paid scoring.

How the score is calculated

• Each approved review contributes an overall rating from 1 to 5.
• A provider's displayed rating is the average of its approved reviews; the review count is always shown next to it.
• Pending, rejected or flagged reviews never affect the score.

Category ratings

Reviewers can also rate service quality, reliability, customer support, ease of integration and value for money. These breakdowns are shown on the provider profile so buyers can see where a provider is strong or weak.

Safeguards

• One review per provider per account, with daily submission limits.
• Reviews are moderated before publication and can be reported by readers.
• Providers cannot pay to change, hide or remove reviews.
